About the Event
Jan Beaney and Jean Littlejohn work with soluble fabrics, hand and machine stitching, embellishing, bonding and transfer printing in their work. We will learn where they get their ideas and how they develop them. They will show pathways to finished pieces and include their latest work. They will be joining us from their home in England. The program will be at 12 noon CST.
Jan and Jean are internationally acclaimed textile artists, authors and tutors. Their company, Double Trouble Enterprises, was formed to publish books and promote further interest in embroidery and allied subjects. Their aim is to give students the confidence to design and create their own unique work. Their books, DVDs, supplies and digital editions are here to support and extend creativity with fabric and thread.
