I live in Marine on St Croix with my husband, Larry, and my life is surrounded by fabric, friends and quilting. I think my style could be described as "MarineModern" -- a blend of art and experimentation while living in a contemplative space. I've learned that I am most expressive when I maintain many communities with other quilters, so I stay connected with MN Contemporary Quilters, the Minneapolis Modern Quilt Guild and Minnesota Quilters, Inc. I also have 3 or 4 quilting communities that I stitch with monthly. These interactions enable my productivity and feed my soul.

this is my most recent WIP. I'm mid-way through the quilting and will post again when finished. I'm thinking about a black binding but maybe black/white edging. Thoughts? Dark brown binding?
